The Centre is open generally  for Hydrotherapy on the following days, but we are always flexible and will try our best to accommodate you.

 Monday       10.00am  to 17:45pm

 Tuesday       09:30am to 14:00pm

 Wednesday  closed

 Thursday      10:00pm to 16:00pm

 Friday           closed
